Wow, what a race Saturday night! Green to
checkers and a lot of excitement. Thanks to all

August 26th-27th (which seems to be a lot of us)
take note that the Double Tree by Hilton in Chico
has “racer’s rates”.

We’re just starting our campaign to sell
laps for the August 6th Santa Maria race and we’ve
got a good beginning. Please get in touch with me
ASAP to purchase your lap for $50 or any other
amount you’d like to pledge and we’ll make sure
your spot is secured. This is promising to be a
great race as we’ve got quite a few commitments
from participants coming in. There’s a lot of
blank spaces available on the list below, help us
fill it up!

July 23rd is our last Ventura race until
October 29th
August 6th – our only Santa
Maria race this year with USAC/CRA sprint cars
August 26/27 Chico/Placerville Civil War races
with BCRA
September 10th our very first CLS
sanctioned race at Lemoore
September 24th
back to Bakersfield with another Civil war race
with BCRA
October 8th CLS first appearance
in years at Mohave Speedway in our very first
joint sanctioned event with SWLS.
October
29th the final race of the season at Ventura
Raceway
November 15th the final Civil war
matchup with BCRA at Bakersfield and our final
points race of the season
November 17-19
The legendary Hangtown non-winged event at
Placerville Speedway with BCRA (non-points).
OK, one last sales pitch….. don’t forget to
get your 2022 CLS t-shirts and hoodies at the
track before they’re all sold out. This year’s
