Greetings racers, a
heartfelt thanks to those who made it out to
Mohave Valley Raceway this past weekend. To those
that made the trek we were all treated to a
wonderful barbecue and some decent racing. It
takes a lot of folks to put on these events and
CLS is lucky to have a core of racers dedicated to
producing some of the best racing for the dollar.
To those that didn't make it out, what's
holding you back? Get your cars out of the garage
and get to the track as the 2023 season is winding
down. Be forewarned, the first race of our 2024
season will be a co-sanctioned race on the first
weekend in March 2024 at the Mid Winter Fair at
the Imperial Fairgrounds. Stay tuned for updates
as schedules further evolve.
In case you'd
like a preview of next year's action and a chance
to hone your skills after riding the couch all
season there's the 2-day SWLS sanctioned event at
Imperial this coming weekend (10/20-10/21). I know
some of our CLS brethren are planning on making
the trek.
The next opportunity to
participate in one of the final CLS championship
races of the 2023 season is 10/28 at Ventura
Raceway.
